There are options of sending messages quickly in a second of time, we call communicate with a person far away and feel that they are close beside. We don’t need to carry cameras as we have them in the phone itself. No need of extra calculators or any alarm clocks. We don’t also need a computer as we can do all the works that we do in it in a smart phone. Things like this made everyone start using a smart phone and then later it started to become one addictive device along with social media apps and sites came up.



Nowadays, every single person, especially the youths and the youngsters are too into the mobiles as they keep browsing facebook, instagram or whatsapp. Though there is nothing to see, even after a full research on them, we still without our conscious log into them and start scrolling up and down. This is the addiction that I am going to help stop. Remove / Delete social media apps

In a smart phone, what pulls the user to get in to the Smartphone is the social media apps. As it is one platform that has so much to browse with, we tentatively log in to it. So what’s best to do is, slowly uninstall one by one app at a time. This act will definitely help you stay away from the Smartphone for most of the time.


Use checky app

Checky app will show us the amount of time we have logged into the apps and also reveal us the how long we have used the apps so far. So if we get this app in our phones, we will be able to check on our daily usage, which will fear us and make us want to reduce the time of usage. So it’s better to install this app.

Such boundaries will help you stay away from your phones.


Choose new hobby

Well, staying away from the phone is not always easy, the addiction keeps us in hold. So if you still feel it a difficult task to overcome the addiction, then starts up a new hobby. Try reading books, start writing something or paint, you can even try playing chess or any type of a game. Focus on your gym and health. these types of things will take up your free time and there by lead you to stay away from your smart phones.
